Summer Courtyard Meditation

  • Chophouse Row Courtyard 1424 11th Avenue Seattle, WA, 98122 United States (map)
What if you took a little time
to let your eyes adjust to the
brilliance that is yours?

You might find that you are
much more than you have been
giving yourself credit for.

You might find that you are
filled with the good things
you see in everyone else.

And you might find, to your
surprise, that so many of the
things you hope to be are things
You Already Are.

— M.H. Clark, You Already Are

At Capuli Club we believe in the power of holistic sustainability. On a practical dimension we take imperfect fruit and up-cycle it to serve a no-added-sugar healthful drink. On a human-centered dimension we commit to share beautiful experiences because we believe that beauty is one of the most powerful tools to reawaken a sense of wonder and appreciation for our world.

Since 1985, Compendium has turned everyday items into extraordinary gifts, and everyday occasions into memorable events. We combine fresh, vibrant designs with thoughtful and inspiring words to create gift books, journals, greeting cards, stationery, and desk accessories that are sold here on our website and in thousands of specialty gift stores nationwide. Compendium products celebrate the best parts of the human spirit, and highlight what it truly means to live inspired.

MyIntent Project is a catalyst for meaningful conversations and positive action. We believe there is purpose inside each of us and we want our efforts to encourage people to share more truth and inspiration with each other. We are not a jewelry company - we are a service project.

TAY & VAL are the spiritual consultants and soul mentors the executive coaches of Fortune 500s and founders of multimillion-dollar public companies go to, to answer their "What's Next?" question. They are also the co-founders of M Meditation, Seattle’s premier modern meditation movement. Everything we do is grounded in the intention to help people lead their BEST lives.

There's a seat with your name on it.

Will there be chairs?

Limited chairs are available on a first-come, first-seated basis. We recommend that you arrive early -- doors open at 9 AM -- to get seated and settle in! Should you require accessibility, email us at and we'll be sure to reserve sitting for you.

What should I bring?

Yourself and a yoga mat to sit on! And to get the most out of the event, we also encourage you to come with a curious mind, a friendly heart, and an attitude of gratitude.

What should I wear?

Sunscreen. (Yes, seriously!) Other than that, there is no specific dress code. Simply wear what you usually wear, so long as you can sit comfortably on a chair or on your mat in your attire.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 9 AM. Plan on arriving early to find parking, settle in, and get to know the person sitting next to you.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We recommend taking public transit - buses, the light rail, ride-shares. Should you decide to drive, street parking is available in the area. Plan ahead for Sunday morning Capitol Hill traffic.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Nope. We're earth-friendly and will check you in with your full name and email address.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Tickets are not transferrable.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds.
